— Booking Policies —
A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits must be paid online and are deducted from your final balance.
Punctuality is essential. A 15 minute grace period applies; arrivals beyond 15 minutes incur a £10 late fee and beyond 30 minutes will be cancelled.
We kindly request 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
No-shows will result in loss of deposit and may affect future booking privileges.

Be on time to ensure you receive your full service.
Hair must be pre-stretched before arrival.
No extra guests unless approved in advance.
Come prepared with your desired style reference.
Do not come with oils or products in your hair.
